16th Oct, 2024 by Anoshe overington

This weakens your digestion at this time of year and creates what we call a damp or humid climate in your body. Try to avoid this now.

Despite the long, sunny days now, this period offers an ideal opportunity to embrace a slower pace of life, or strengthening Yin in Yang.
The Metal season is called ‘the little Yin time’.

By taking it slower during late summer, we …

Happy Equinox!

Balance with Yin Yoga for Equinox

Equinox itself gives us a opportunity for balance. Yin and Yang are in perfect Harmony, and gives us the chance to feel centered and at home. It is an immense portal in Nature for us to feel the support for a sense of Being at Home in ourselves.

Yin and Yang are in harmony now. Like there are equal hours of sunlight in the day, as there is darkness in the night. While we have entered the Small Yang season of Spring, The Yang will grow to a maximum in our Summer.

The season of Wood or Spring helps our creativity, transformation and our growth as a human being. Internally or externally, or better said transformation on the inside of ourselves, or the manifestation of those changes in the material world. It …
