YIN YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING (100HR) SEPT 2021

Are you already a yoga teacher or someone who would like to dive deeper into Self-understanding using the tools of Yin Yoga and Meditation?

We at Stillnessinyoga are offering a YIN YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING for teachers and YIN lovers.

YIN YOGA, because of its static nature, prepares our body for longer meditation practices. We learn to surrender to the pose and accept the moment as it is offered to us. Yin Yoga is a very good balance to our yang lifestyle, it de-stresses and teaches us to relax.

 

Stillnessinyoga | Yin Yoga

The training will provide skills that will be of great benefit to practitioners, and when fully integrated, you will be able to share these with your students. You will be given the tools to deepen your practice, and learn how to integrate them in your normal yoga class.

The training will be 85% in Dutch and 15% in English.

 









PROGRAM

In this training you will receive:

  • YIN YOGA floor-oriented poses and sequences for different organ-pairs, following Sarah Powers’ vision.
  • Prop use for YIN YOGA and modifications for the poses for beginners till intermediate and for injuries
  • YANG FLOW yoga sequences and series for rhythmic movement in circular or spiraling movements.
  • Alignment and Yoga Adjusting, through touch, for YIN YOGA and some YANG YOGA
  • Breathing exercises  to stimulate YIN or YANG to balance
  • Exercises to internalize attention and create stepping stones towards the experience of meditation
  • Mindfulness during asana, and the meaning of Intention
  • Meditation Practices active and passive
  • An introduction into Kriya Yoga and practices for the chakra’s
  • The chance to discover the deeper meaning of Yoga and meditation through instruction including Atma Vidya (Self Enquiry)
  • Practising and developing teaching skills for YIN/YANG YOGA and learning to refine verbal instruction towards inward attention & mindfulness in a competent and safe manner
  • Introduction into energetic, subtle body anatomy: the Chakra’s and the Nadi system, its’ parallel’s with the Chinese meridian system and our organs/emotions and its relevancy for YIN YOGA
  • Introduction into the 5 Elements Philosophy  to understand the balance of yin/yang yoga

Day 9 and 10: 10 and 11 December

Due to COVID regulations there is a maximum of 14 participants.

Early bird till July 15th 2021 €1695 excl. 21% VAT
Late bird: €1.795 excl. 21% VAT.

Price includes all training days on this 100 hour Training. Because of the group size (maximum 14 participants), this edition gives you a highly personal experience. This specific course has 1 additional training day, 2 additional evening ZOOM sessions and 2 private sessions with Nigam and/or Anoshe. One private session will be in the first month of the training to create a certain level of confidentiality between the student and the teacher, which will deepen the experience of the whole training.

Further, you will receive a personal diagnosis of an acupuncturist to create your personal yin yoga sequence, so you can experience the benefits of yin yoga for your individual practice.

Due to Covid-19 we have decided to leave out the retreat as well as the meals, as both aspects have been proven difficult to organise due to the measures. Fruit, tea and snacks will be provided during training days.

Please be informed that course books and manuals are NOT included in the price. The Stillnessinyoga Yin/Meditation Teacher Training manual 200+ pages, which is in the form of an Ibook is part of the training and is 37 euro (excl VAT). It has many photos of poses and modifications as well as filmed sequences.

Anoshe is a fully certified yoga teacher through Yoga Arts, trained directly by Louisa Sears and Sarah Powers. LOCATION:

Classes and worshops take place place in  “De Druivenkas” Doorn at the “Bartemeus Historische Moestuin”.

Although situated in the forest, it has floor heating! and central heating, so it will be a special moment with the sky above us!

We have been requested to park our cars in the car park of Bartemeus Historische Moestuin and not on Broekweg as previously instructed.

How to get to the “Bartemeus Historische Moestuin”:

  • The address is Bartemeus Driebergsestraatweg 44, Doorn.
  • Driving on the N225 at the entrance of Bartemeus there is a meter high sign in blue with an orange”B”.
    (You will find this just before the start of the Sterkenburgerlaan). 
  • Turn into the entrance and drive 500 meters and you will find car parking You will notice there are small signs in blue with “historic garden”, on the right side of the parking lot, follow the signs via a lighted path.You can see the garden itself located right in the forest.
  • Then you have to walk through the gardens, to the Druivenkas, walk through a small gate to the other side of the kitchen garden. All garden lights will be on for you. Go through the large wooden gate and there will be the Druivenkas and we will be waiting for you with a cuppa tea!

Anoshe’s Yoga lessen

laatste klas verandert op maandag, niet op woensdag!

Lieve Yoga studenten,
Volgende week zou onze laatste klas zijn,maar zoals ik afgelopen week na de les met jullie had besproken,ben ik voor 3 dagen betrokken bij een fotoshoot.
De les van as maandag 8 juli is daardoor verzet naar 15 juli, zodat ik de laatste les zelf aan jullie kan doceren.
Helaas gaat dit niet lukken op woensdag zoals ik had gehoopt: De Druivenkas is al verhuurd tot s’avonds laat op de woensdag 17e juli!
Ik had graag zelf met jullie  dit seizoen willen afsluiten maar gaat hierdoor niet lukken. Mijn excuses hiervoor.
De laatste lessen zien er als volgt uit:
Maandag    15 juli 19.30-21.15 uur      vinyasa yoga met meditatie door Anoshe
Woensdag 10 juli 18.45-20.15 uur       yin yang yoga met Diane Eling
Woensdag 10 juli 20.30- 22.00 uur      yin yoga met Diane Eling
 
De wekelijkse klassen zullen na de zomer weer in september beginnen, en zal jullie daar uitgebreider over mailen.

Anoshe is een volledig gecertificeerd yogadocente, opgeleid door Louisa Sear van Yoga Arts in Australië. Anoshe’s vloeiende vinyasa-lessen zijn niet alleen een dynamische work-out, maar ook een uitnodiging om lichaam, geest en ziel in een lijn te brengen door een innige verbinding met de adem te vormen en in het moment aanwezig te zijn.

Daarnaast geeft ze ook yin yoga-lessen waarbij de poses lang aangehouden worden om de verscheidene meridiaansystemen in balans te brengen. Deze les strekt meer in het bindweefsel en de spieren ontspannen, waardoor deze klas een diepe ontspanning geeft.

De yin-yang lessen beginnen met vloeiende bewegingen die ritmisch de spieren strekken. Het laatste gedeelte van de les heeft een diep ontspannend effect met yin yoga poses.

Ook is er de mogelijkheid tot privélessen van bijvoorbeeld yogatherapie of individuele begeleiding, en yoga-arrangementen voor je bedrijf.

LOCATIE:

Yogalessen en workshops vinden plaats in “De Druivenkas” Doorn in de “Bartimeus Historische Moestuin”.

De Druivenkas is midden in het bos gelegen, met vloerverwarming en centrale verwarming! Dit maakt het in alle jaargetijden een speciale plek om te zijn, met uitzicht op de lucht!

Er is ons gevraagd de auto’s te parkeren op het parkeerterrein van de Bartimeus Historische moestuin en NIET op de Broekweg (zoals eerder aangegeven). 

De route naar de “Bartimeus Historische Moestuin”:

  • Het adres is de Driebergsestraatweg 44, 3941 ZX, in Doorn.
  • Rijdend op de N225 naar de ingang van Bartimeus, zie je daar een metershoog blauw bord met een oranje ‘B’. Dit is net voor het begin van de Sterkenburgerlaan.
  • Vervolgens rijd je het terrein op via de Driebergsestraatweg 44. Na ongeveer 700 meter zie je witte/blauwe borden met daarop ‘Historische Moestuin’. Je kunt hier parkeren. Volg de bordjes op het verlichte pad. Wanneer je het bos inloopt zie je de tuin vanzelf rechts in het bos liggen.
  • Vervolgens loop je door de Historische Moestuin, door de kleine poort naar de andere kant van de tuin, vervolgens ga je door een grote houten poort en dan is daar De Druivenkas aan je linkerhand. Het pad zal verlicht zijn en er staat een kop thee voor je klaar!

LOCATION:

NOTICE! The class of 4th of March will take place in “De Bies”: De Druivenkas will be ready from March 6th. 

De Bies is located 300m west of the Druivenkas. There are parking spots in front of the location.

As from March onwards classes and worshops take place in  “De Druivenkas” Doorn at the “Bartemeus Historische Moestuin” again.
