In the private session some of the things we may do –
- look together at your personal situation, and life circumstances to find simple, practical solutions on how to reduce stress in your life.
- Finding practices which suit you best, and also we use some yoga poses, and find modifications or variations which are according to your impersonal imbalance for your home practice. Refining breath practice to your personal needs.
- Exploring an internal attitude that helps you in moments of your daily life, and reconnecting with your deeper purposes as this may become the guidance to make the necessary changes in your life.
