In this package you receive:
- A film of a yin yoga practice for insomnia of 90 minutes (English spoken) (sample below)
- A film of a short chi kung with full body movement to create feeling of well-being (English spoken)
- A specific chi kung which balances the whole energetic body system (English spoken)
- A 20 min guided meditation while sitting down for feelings of comfort (Dutch version)
- A longer guided meditation of 20-25 min to create changes on a deeper level of our psyche called ‘yoga nidra’, while lying down. Specific for problems to fall asleep. To be practiced just before going to bed. (English spoken)
- Introduction into the Gayatri mantra, its meaning and effect for meditative relaxation.
