During these 6 live webinars I will share with you information and offer special practices to support your recovery as you spiral up and out of stress & burn-out.
We will be working together on a number of levels –
- You will have my guidance through these 2,5 months to help stay on track with new habits, new routines that are needed in your daily life.
- You will be shown how you bring your body back into balance and harmony with the insights of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which I will weave into your daily yoga practice.
- With specific practices we will work holistically on your energetic body, that body that interacts with your physical body, to nurture you again back to full health and balance.
- You will learn how to use Nutrition to nurture your body so that optimal absorption is achieved, resulting in receiving more energy from your meal intakes
- I will introduce practices breathing practices, which can help us any moment of the day when needed.
- We will practice meditation with a Female approach – Female internal practices and mindfulness.
- You will learn how to turn your attention inward to create more peace and harmony.You will receive practices to embrace emotions, and respect them, but learn also not to feed them.
- Receive help to reconnect with this incredible home of our Feminine body, and refine our ability to feel, so we come in contact with our real needs according to our unique life purpose.
- We will explore our personal ‘Dharma’, Dharma is that what we are called to do this life time.
- There will be a support with a closed Facebook group with all the participants of this webinar series. There you can share your experience with like minded people and ask questions. I will answer your questions during the webinar’s or within the closed group.
