Most of us know for periods in our life, what it is not to be able to fall asleep easily. Changes in your environment, unhealthy sleep habits, our work situation, other clinical disorders, and certain medications could lead to a long-term pattern of insufficient sleep. Chronic insomnia is disrupted sleep that occurs at least three nights per week and lasts at least three months.
