In this 2 hour workshop Anoshe will explain which Elements to nurture in this Spring Season, particularly while we are exposed to this global health threat.
If you are a Yoga teacher and know a little about the 5 Elements and Yin Yoga – then this workshop will benefit you!
The 80 minute practice will be beneficial for anybody with a minimum of 2 years yoga experience.
Yoga can help us not only to shift our mood, but can also nurture daily our energetic body, and thus help our physical body in this way.
Anoshe is offering a lecture with advice that may promote our balance, and also, which Elements to use and how to integrate them. Also a few pressure points and oils to use at home to help stay more healthy, sane and protected.
She will guide you through a yang yin practice, with some simple transformational practices during the yin poses.
