9.45 – 11.30 – Yin practice with Anoshe:
- YIn practice Stomach/Spleen
- Chi Kung ‘Monk under the tree’
11.30 – 11.45 – Break
11.45 – 13.15 – Teachinglab – Posturelab finishing all postures; teaching each other
13.15 – 14:00 – Lunch
14.00 – 16.30 – Q&A & Posturelab
- Pregnancy & Yin Yoga /repetition prop use verbal instruction for yin poses.
- Everybody on the mat one after the other going through a pose (5 min to prepare before start)
16.30 – 16.45 – tea break with homework list
-16.45-18.00 – Osho Moving Meditation with Nigam
